Jim joined the firm in 1986 and practices in the areas of business and individual taxation, accounting and auditing, management and consulting services and personal financial and retirement planning. He specializes in partnership and limited liability company taxations, corporate and non-corporate reorganizations and business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions including like-kind exchanges. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently serving as Treasurer for the Duluth Children’s Museum and as Secretary for the Duluth Chapter of Minnesota Certified Public Accountants.
