Bill is a principal of the firm and has been practicing public accounting for over 30 years. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1976 with a bachelor of accounting degree. He practices in the areas of tax, estate planning, management services, business valuations and auditing. Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Past President and member of the Duluth Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. He is also involved with area community and civic groups and is currently on the board of directors and member of the audit committee of Republic Bank, former treasurer and current member of the finance committee of First Lutheran Church of Duluth, treasurer and member of the budget and finance committee of Ridgeview Country Club and former treasurer and board member of the Duluth Builders Exchange.
